RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will love everything you order but we do understand that from time to time returns are necessary.
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return the item and we will be in contact with instructions and an address for return or exchange.
Returns must then be received by us 14 days from the time we have been advised. Provided the items have not been worn or used in your exchange, credit or refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving your returned item. You will be notified when the returns process has been completed.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is via credit card only through the website but we do appreciate you may want to organise a direct debit so please email us if you want more information about this.
